Steps 

Our Executive Search process involves a number of steps designed specifically to facilitate the task and help save time for both clients and executives, while securing the best outcome. The main steps are listed below. However, our aim is to facilitate the participants in the process by offering them the most suitable solution. Therefore, we act with a great degree of flexibility where needed and are willing to modify and adjust these steps upon request in order to better serve a particular task.

 

During this phase our specialists perform fieldwork within the client company. They carry out interviews and employ various assessment techniques to evaluate the organizational culture and specific business needs. Our team uses the in-house research to perform a job analysis for the position and create a successful profile of the desired professional. This phase encompasses several components:

  • Organizational analysis – structure, culture.
  • Analysis of the position – main responsibilities
  • Preparing a profile for the position
  • Feedback

During the second phase our specialists perform a thorough research on the targeted talent pool and the job market as a whole in order to estimate whether the defined goal is realistic and achievable.   • Following up the process of integration of the chosen candidate
